My Story

I became the first follower of Jesus in my family shortly before my 18th birthday. Six months later I left my job working with thoroughbreds and began to be trained to be able to study and teach the Bible. This process began in 2007 and I finished all of my formalised training in 2015. I have served as a Pastor in Chicago, IL, as well as in two different congregations in Palmerston North before being called by God to serve Him and His people at West Harbour Church. I have been married to my wife, Lizy, for 9 years and we're blessed to raise our three awesome children who give us a lot of joy, fun, growth and adventure.

God is building His church in our midst and continuing to establish us as a community of His life, light and love here in West Harbour. As a church family we seek to be increasingly formed into people who know God in intimate personal relationship, live for God in our daily lives, and walk together supporting one another in the daily walk of faith as we increasingly become more like Jesus together in community.
